Review from BK13 (not made up)

"On a lone adventure BK13 stepped out on a dry Tuesday nite. Heading towards Dalston stopping off at The Sussex
to hear the sounds of The Green Drummers.

This has been the second chance for me to hear Green Drummers, again another eerie and awe inspiring blend of

performance art, dressmaking and beat box pop. Tonite I was told Green Drummers had not been able to make

a new dress for the performance as she had been too busy rehearsing for 2 whole days.

The dress was of course a fantastic creation by Origane Fashions and so happily stood up to another round of

voyuerism without fear of retribution.

For tonites set we had 2 cover versions, one from a song by M.A.B (personal vfavourites of Green Drummers)

and another from Grace Jones. Performed with enough distance to become realised Green Drummer arangements.

There was plenty of interaction with the crowd, we had Carol Sheets for the 'Ding Dong' song, and an orchestra

of wooden spoons performed by the audience to the last 2 tracks.

I kept my wooden spoon, and got it signed, plus I managed to salvage a 'Ctrl' key, from a computer keyboard

that was destroyed with a claw hammer during the performance.

Also in the performanc there was some mopping of floors and a symbolic candle was lit (to a song about a missing boyfriend I think?)

The singer looked beautiful and petite, and sang in a Gallic Angelic tone.

The Green Drummers performed at Klinker at The Sussex.
